TALLER DE INGLÉS: RECETA DE BROWNIES. 
Chocolate Brownies.
Makes:12-15 slices. Ingredients:
125 g dark chocolate
250 g butter
325 g golden caster sugar
4 medium eggs
100 g plain flour
50 g cocoa powder
50 g pistachio nuts
icing sugar for dusting
- Preheat fan oven to 160ºc, conventional 180ºc, gas mark 4.
- Grease and line the base of a tin (28x18x3cm).
- Put the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl and place over a pan of boiling water, until the chocolate has melted.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into a large bowl and add the sugar. add eggs gradually, beating well.
- Sifl together the flour and cocoa powder then add to the chocolate mixture. stir in the nuts and pour into the prepared tin.
- Bake in the centre of oven for 40 minutes. leave to cool, cut into squares and dust with icing sugar.
